Self-Service Creation, Printing & Filing

For general contractors and subcontractors, Liendispatcher provides free online preliminary notices with no time limit.

For distributors, Liendispatcher provides free online preliminary notices for ninety (90) days. Unlimited online preliminary notices are available with the purchase of a Distributor Membership. The $250.00 one-time Distributor Membership fee includes unlimited number of online preliminary notice creation and printing plus three (3) prepaid online Mechanic's Liens.

Liendispatcher Assistance

If you need assistance printing and filing your online Preliminary Notice, we can help. And if you would rather call in the details of your Preliminary Notice, we'll create and file the document - including three (3) certified mail notices. Additional certified mail notices are available for a small additional fee.

If you've already prepared an online Preliminary Notice with us, you can create any number of online Labor & Materials Releases for that notice.

Mechanic’s Liens

Liendispatcher will file Mechanic's Liens you prepare online. We also offer discounts for pre-purchased online Mechanic's Liens.

Mechanic's Lien Releases

You can prepare Mechanic's Lien Releases online. After you've prepared and submitted the information, we'll email you the finished release. If the release is associated with a Mechanics Lien you've already prepared with us, we'll also reduce our fee.

If you need help filing your Labor & Materials Release, we'll make sure it's recorded within 10 business days - or on the next business day for a slightly higher fee.
